Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School

Apex supplied and fitted the school cycle shelter. The service I received was very good, the communications between myself and Apex were positive and supportive. A small delay to the installation was quickly resolved.

The staff on site who fitted the shelter were courteous and worked around the school requirements for pupils safety.

The surveyor was helpful and knowledgeable when he visited this school to see what was needed and how APEX could offer a cycle shelter fit for our purpose.

The office staff were very good at responding to queries and finding the right answer, they communicated well and were concerned that we had the right service.

The cycle shelter was erected with a minimum of fuss and did not affect the school.

It was a good experience working with Apex and I would recommend them to do a very good job.

Funding For Shelters

In 2003, the Government launched the travelling to school project to encourage pupils, parents and staff to cycle or walk to school. By producing a school travel plan, outlining a series of practical steps, schools have the opportunity to identify sustainable transport options for pupils, parents and the wider community and to improve the environment around the school.
